The quickest and simplest way to awake Agya Chakra

I am writing this article after observing and anylising a lot. I took so much time to do this research and this article is the  conclusion of the study done by me.

Introduction:- First of all i just want to tell you a little bit about what the real meditation is. Once you know the concept of meditation trust me you will never repeat the mistakes being made by you while doing meditation.

Meditation means to keep your mind in a state in which its thoughtless or you can say when we are thoughtless we are meditating.

Some people are too busy paying attention on the breath but they forget that while doing this they are having a thought process of taking breath in and out consiously but the real meditation is being thoughless or having no thought is called meditation.

Thats a diffrent topic and here we are talking about awaking Agya Chakra.



How to open Agya Chakra and what makes it awake.


If a person who has done something wrong to us and we are always busy thinking about him/her all the time, there are many thoughts keep coming to our mind. As its explained before that we loose the state of meditation totally as meditation is nothing but being thoughtless. Thinking about the one who has done something wrong to us makes our mind restless and it tends us  to suffer with the thoughts. 

Here we have two options:- Either we have to keep doing same or forgiving him.
The moment we forgive the person there is no thought left which is related to the person. We feel so good and feel like a burden of somthing on our mind has been wiped away.
This helps our mind to feel relaxed and to rest. We feel so good because our power of thinking had been stuck only on one point which was making us worried and unhappy.

Once we are not feeling unhappy we can't be so focused on somthing. So our mind loose its power of concentrating on something we want to concentrate on and cant feel relaxed that is so much needed to be the state of meditation. So having jealously and thinking about others who has done something wrong to us make our mind think a lot and restless.


How it works:-

So forgiveness and helping others like anything feel us so good and you have also noticed that when we do somthing like this make us smile for some moments. We feel like i dont need anything. There are no thoughts coming in our mind, and this state(thoughtless) is the state of meditaion as explained before.


I will try to find some time to write an article on what is real meditation and what people think it to be
