I am writing this article after observing and anylising a lot. I took so much time to do this research and this article is the  conclusion of the study done by me. Introduction:- First of all i just want to tell you a little bit about what the real meditation is. Before this, 25+ out of 60 students of the academy has got selected in Govt. Services.
